Neal's Water Conditioning was founded in 1950 by Willard (Bill) Neal. Since that time we have grown to serve Linn, Johnson, Jones, and Cedar counties and currently serve over 3,000 customers. Neal's employs seven full time people. Three of them, Steve Neal, Jack McClure, and Roger Rife have over 30 years at Neal's each. We have four who perform installation, service and repair, one salt and water delivery person, and our office manager.

Neal's Water Conditioning is a 50 year member of both the Iowa Water Quality Association and the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce.
